- Contracts Manager
An experienced Contracts Manager is required to join the Contracts team of a global technology and manufacturing business based in the West Midlands.
This multi-national business employs thousands of people worldwide and their European business is headquartered in the Midlands. They design and manufacture a variety of products and technology to a range of clients worldwide, and is one of the worlds largest organisations of its type.
The Contracts team plays a fundamental role in supporting the business, particularly the supply chain team, with contract negotiations, the creation of supplier agreements, and other commercial contracts matters.
The role will involve;
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
- Manging the full commercial contracts lifecycle
- Providing commercial support to the Supply Chain team
- Conducting risk analysis on commercial contract activity
- Advising the business on potential disputes that arise over contract terms
The business is looking for someone from a Contracts Management background that is comfortable working autonomously and demonstrates strong negotiation skills. Whilst experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, it is by no means essential.
