Senior Legal Counsel

The Role As the Sole Counsel for the European business, you will take on a broad spread of work, while working closely with the UK Managing Director to provide strategic and commercial advice. You can expect to draft and negotiate a range of complex & high value commercial contracts, including partnership, supply and distribution agreements, T&CS, managed network connectivity contracts, and project specific procurement matters. You will also look after compliance activities, health & safety issues, and act as CoSec. This is a wide-ranging role, offering the opportunity to develop your technical ability while adding real value, in a business where every employee is seen and heard. This role would suit an individual who is currently with a larger organisation looking to take on more responsibility and feel like they are making a difference to the business, or if you are at a smaller company and are keen to be involved in larger scale/more complex negotiations.
