This is an exciting time to join as they continue to break new ground and spread their footprint across the UK. The Role You will join a close-knit legal team that plays a critical role in the development and growth of the business. You will be joining to help the team break down a huge influx of work, primarily focusing on commercial land and lease amendment contracts. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in some general commercial agreements. The team are supportive & collaborative, and you will have the direct support of a paralegal to assist with your workload. You can expect to work on interesting and complex matters, adding real value to the business. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the EV/renewables space. The role is offered on an initial 6 month FTC, with a high likelihood of extension beyond this. About You · Commercial Property/Land experience is essential, and you will have gained exposure to lease amendment contracts · Ideally, you will have 3+ years PQE · Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team · Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment You will receive an attractive package, genuine flexibility around hybrid working and a good work/life balance, and have a supportive team environment.
