Legal Counsel

Join an innovative & rapidly growing company in the mobility tech space, as part of an international legal team. This is an opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and future facing company. The Role: You will join the business as a Legal & Contracts Manager based in their London office. Working closely with the Group General Counsel and wider in-house legal team, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating & reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts for the UK business. You will also manage external counsel, improve and optimise processes, and oversee ESG & compliance related matters in the UK. The business can offer you an attractive package that includes a salary of up to £100k (dependant on experience), 12% bonus, 25 days annual leave, health cash plan, enhanced pension contribution, etc. The role is based in London, with up to 3 days a week in the office (potential to flex on this).
