Commercial Contracts Manager - City of London - Private Practice Industry leading, international, law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Contracts Manager due to the continued expansion. The Firm International law firm that serves the world's most innovative people and businesses. The Role The role sits within the General Counsel's office. As a Contracts Manager you will efficiently manage and deliver the contractual aspects of the firm's procurement and third-part suppliers to the firm in the UK. This involved initiating the firm's diligence processes and a variety of contract negotiation and contract management services. You will manage the lifecycle of the firm's UK supplier contracts. Plus, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the firm's bespoke contract management system and managing the various deadlines relevant to the supply chain contracts. The Candidate You will have experience of managing, reviewing, identifying risk and negotiating supplier agreements. You will be able update and maintain existing templates and supplier questionnaires in order to capture relevant information for managing the supply chain contracts. Knowledge of data protection law will be advantageous. Although there is no requirement to be a qualified Solicitor, you will have role specific experience.
