Competition & Antitrust Solicitor

Top US Firm - City of London - Private Practice Top tier, Global, law firm is seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Competition & Antitrust Associate. The Team The award winning team advises clients across a range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, consumer goods, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and defence. They act in matters of merger control and antitrust. They also advise clients on the UK's National Security and Investment Act. The team is spread across major European cities and therefore the work on offer is truly varied and multi-jurisdictional. The Role You will enjoy representing multinational clients in high-profile, complex matters involving merger control, abuse of dominance, private damages actions and cartel investigations before the European Commission and the Competition and Markets Authority. The Candidate You will have solid experience in matters that relate to EU and UK competition law and possess outstanding technical and interpersonal skills. You will have between 1 - 4 years post qualification experience in this sector, gained at a reputable firm.
