The Team The team handles the firms commercial contracting, with a focus on tech contracts, outsourcing and procurement. They advise the business on the service quality and risk of engagements they enter into and negotiate a variety of client contracts as well as some supplier contracts. The team intersects with numerous departments so the work on offer is truly varied and interesting. The Candidate The role will involve working closely with the business and leading negotiations from very high value managed service and master service agreements with the largest banks and government organisations to smaller clients and suppliers in niche or emerging industries. This will require the individual to regularly be involved in commercial contract negotiations typically with external client legal teams and/or external lawyers instructed by our clients. You will be commercially astute and posses good business acumen. The ideal candidate will be coming from an In House background with over 3 years post qualification experience in commercial contracts. You will have a demonstrable track record in drafting, advising and negotiating on complex commercial contracts. Experience of public sector contracting would be advantageous.
