Intellectual Property (Contentious & Non Contentious) Solicitor - City of London - Private Practice Industry leading, upper tier, law firm is looking to recruit an Intellectual Property due to strategic expansion. The Firm International law firm that serves the world's most innovative people and businesses, and has a great reputation in the IP Sector. The Role You will enjoy a broad range of contentious, advisory and transactional IP work, often international in scope and typically across the following areas: trade mark, domain name and design disputes and litigation, including anti-counterfeiting actions, licences and other agreements relating to trade marks, copyright and designs, including merchandising, sponsorship and franchise agreements. The Candidate You will be a UK qualified solicitors, with around 1-5 PQE and preferably from a firm with a leading intellectual property practice. You will have a demonstrable track record in the above areas.
