NQ EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - International law firm with large Newcastle presence - One of Newcastle's largest Employment teams with a national spread - Thriving commercial and public sector client base, including a number of household names THE ROLE - x2 NQ Solicitors are required to join this large Employment team - You will be working closely alongside with the Team Head, Partners and other Solicitors on a range of Employment matters - You will be part of the team advising public, private and third sector employers on human resource issues from daily personnel matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, to strategic management issues such as collective redundancy programmes, industrial action, and transfers of employees - You will also be involved in Employment Tribunal matters, attending Employment Appeals Tribunals where appropriate THE REQUIREMENTS - You will be recently qualified, or soon to be qualified (in 2023) Employment Solicitor - You will have completed a seat in Employment Law as part of your training contract THE BENEFITS - Excellent starting salary for NQs - Exciting and varied benefits package on offer - Further development and internal training within the Employment team - Flexible working available for all employees For more information on this NQ Employment Solicitor role in Newcastle, please contact Rozie Hunter at BCL Legal.
