NQ FAMILY SOLICITOR - SOUTH SHIELDS THE FIRM - Long established high street law firm - Based in the heart of South Shields - Locally recognised Family, Conveyancing and Private Client specialists THE ROLE - You will be working closely with the Head of Family, and Partner on a range of family matters, both public and private law - You will handle a mixed caseload of family matters including: - Divorce / separation / breakdown of civil partnerships - Pre-nuptial agreements - Cohabitation agreements - Separation agreements - Children issues - Financial issues - Care proceedings - Domestic violence - Grandparents rights - Change of Name Deed - You will also have the opportunity to be involved in family protection, domestic violence, injunctions, wardship, adoption, child and care proceedings THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate will be a recently qualified or soon to be qualified Family Solicitor - You may have public or private family law experience, or a combination of both - You must be ambitious and driven, and keen to work hard on behalf of your firm and clients THE BENEFITS - Competitive salary depending on experience For more information on this NQ Family Solicitor position in South Shields, please contact Rozie Hunter at BCL Legal.
