COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - Legal 500 listed and Chambers rated - Based in central Newcastle - Full service commercial law firm - Excellent commercial offering THE ROLE - You will be assisting the firms Commercial team, with a variety of commercial contracts work including: - Manufacturing and supply contracts - Distribution and agency agreements - Franchising - Terms and conditions of business - Advising on on-line contracting - Software development, licensing and distribution - Software and hardware supply, maintenance and support agreements - Tech business deals including grants, investments, sales and acquisitions - Joint ventures THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate must be a qualified Commercial Contracts Solicitor - You will ideally be around 4-5 PQE, although candidates with more or less experience will be considered on their merits - You will be confident in all aspects of Commercial Contracts, have strong drafting and negotiation skills and strong commercial awareness THE BENEFITS - Competitive salary and benefits package - Hybrid working - Clear promotion and development tracks BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
