LITIGATION SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - Full service commercial firm based just outside of Newcastle City Centre - Well regarded litigation team with leading specialists in dispute resolution THE ROLE - This position will sit within the well regarded Dispute Resolution team, and will ideally have a slant towards property litigation - You will be handling your own caseload, acting on behalf of individuals, companies, landlords, tenants and developers - Cases will likely include: contentious lease renewals and break clauses, dilapidations, disclaimer, forfeiture and surrender of leases, enforcement of options, easements and restrictive covenants, evictions, boundary disputes, possession and recovery actions, rights of light and party wall issues - You will also handle other more general commercial disputes as and where needed THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Dispute Resolution, PQE level is flexible - Ideally you will have experience in Property Litigation and an interest in focussing more in this area THE BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Healthcare and benefits package - 25 days holiday allowance, plus bank holidays - Hybrid and flexible working For more information on this Litigation Solicitor position in Newcastle, please contact Rozie Hunter at BCL Legal.
