CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING AND INSOLVENCY SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - Full service Commercial law firm - Based in Newcastle City Centre in brand new state of the art offices - Expert led insolvency practice in a phase of growth and development THE ROLE - You will be working very closely with the Partner and Head of Insolvency and Restructuring playing an integral role in providing comprehensive and accurate legal advice and guidance to existing and new clients to the firm - You will be managing your own caseload, dealing with all aspects of insolvent and distressed businesses - You will be advising insolvency practitioners, directors and senior management, secured and unsecured creditors, as well as investors looking for opportunities to regenerate businesses - You will also advise on company restructurings, both of solvent businesses as well as by means of Company Voluntary Arrangements and Restructuring Plans.
