CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - Award winning full service commercial law firm - One of the most progressive law firms in the North of England - Large and well known clinical negligence/serious injury team THE ROLE - You will be joining the busy clinical negligence team, handling your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence files - You will be representing clients in all aspects of medical negligence claims from falls in hospital to more complex birth brain injury cases - Types of claims may include: Orthopaedic claims, delayed cancer diagnoses, brain injury, amputation, gynaecology, sepsis, spinal injuries and GP error THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally with around 5 years PQE, although candidates with more or less experience will be considered on their merits - You will have experience handling your own claimant clinical negligence files.
