NQ Contentious Construction Solicitor

CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR (CONTENTIOUS) - NQ-3 PQE - NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - International law firm hosting one of the largest construction and engineering practices in the UK - Over 50 specialist senior construction lawyers - National and international construction projects THE ROLE - Following some recent high profile client wins, you will be working alongside the highly experienced Construction and Engineering team, based out of Newcastle - You will be acting on behalf of Developers, Employers, Insurers, Engineers, Architects, Contractors and specialist Subcontractors, advising on all manner of contentious matters in relation to local, national and even international construction projects - You will work hard with your clients to manage difficult issues and to avoid disputes - If disputes do arise, you will work with the team offering a range of methods of dispute resolution - both formal and informal, including ADR THE REQUIREMENTS - The best part about this role? You don't need direct experience of construction to apply.
