Family Solicitor (Senior/Partner)

SENIOR FAMILY SOLICITOR - SENIOR ASSOCIATE/PARTNER LEVEL 10+ PQE NEWCASTLE THE FIRM - Legal 500 listed full service commercial firm - Stunning new offices in the heart of Newcastle City Centre - Exceptional family law team, seeking to expand THE ROLE - As the newest senior member of the Family Law team, you will have an exciting opportunity to mange your own caseload, as well as assist with the development and supervision of more junior members - You will be handling a varied caseload of financial provision cases, including some high-net-worth cases with assets worth several millions - Your caseload will also consist of business assets, pensions and family trusts in divorce, TOLATA cases and pre/post nuptial agreements THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years PQE, and be looking for a senior level role - Partnership level will also be considered - Experience in handling high net worth matters is important - You must have experience in dealing with business assets, pensions and family trusts in divorce, TOLATA cases and pre/post nuptial agreements - ideally you will have a specialist accreditation from Resolution or the Law Society for dealing with complex assets cases, although this is not essential THE BENEFITS - Competitive salary and benefits package - Bonus scheme BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
