This highly regarded City practice are seeking a real estate solicitor to join their site acquisition and development projects team in London. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a firm that has a stellar reputation in the Real Estate arena. Working as part of the Projects and Development team you will give advice on draft s106's, conditional contracts, development agreements and potential title problems through to legal completion. You will assist with the management and development of junior fee earners and will also work closely with a partner within the team. Applications are invited from 4PQE+ real estate solicitors. You will have gained experience across a range of Development matters and will feel comfortable in a client facing role. You will have a strong academic track record and a commercially aware, pro-active approach to client care.
