This Top 100 law firm based in Westminster are seeking to join their Real Estate team. This role focuses on supporting the wider Government and Infrastructure group. This role requires a strong real estate, land rights and consenting knowledge together with a wider knowledge of how real estate interlinks with the wider project. As work will include projects for a major energy company and infrastructure providers (particularly rail, light rail and electricity), experience working on such major infrastructure projects is essential. Applications are invited from qualified solicitors (NQ+). There are also excellent opportunities for senior candidates who are looking to transition to a role with excellent partnership potential. You will have a good knowledge of land law, landlord and tenant law, land registration and property tax and will also be able to evidence significant experience of advising public bodies on issues arising in an infrastructure context. This role will also involve the supervision of more junior members of the team. For further details about this role please apply below or contact Ria Karnik at BCL Legal.
