Residential Property Solicitor This leading West End firms seeks to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor on a fixed term contract for 9-12 months to cover maternity leave. The role is due to start in February. Sought is an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who is able to manage conveyancing files from end to end including; managing the timescales of the conveyancing process, producing standard completion letters, dealing with the registration of the properties at the Land Registry, dealing with any necessary notices that need to be given to any third parties such as landlords, liaising with the client with regards to the conveyancing process and completions and finalising files for closure. High net worth experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have proven post qualification experience within Residential Conveyancing gained at a City or West End firm.
