Structured Finance Paralegal

Structured Finance Paralegal We are working with a US Law firm who are seeking to appoint an experienced Paralegal to support Partners within their Structured Finance team. The role will be offered on a fixed term contract basis for 6-12 months. Applications are sought from bright paralegals who have completed their LPC and have a minimum of 12 months experience in any of the following areas of law, structured finance, securitisation or corporate finance. Specific experience of CLOs is highly desirable but not essential. Candidates must have excellent academics and be available at relatively short notice. Fantastic base salary plus paid overtime.
