Residential Property Solicitor - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Residential Property Solicitor sought by West End firm for 12 month fixed term contract role. Our client is a leading and long established firm in the heart of the West End and is highly reputed for its real estate work. Due to maternity leave this firm seeks to recruit a lawyer within its Residential Development team. This team focuses on high value land acquisition and off plan plot sales, often for high net worth, overseas clients. Applications are sought from residential property solicitors or legal executives, with solid residential conveyancing experience who have upwards of two years' PQE; this role is to commence with immediate effect and therefore applicants should have a short notice period or be immediately available.
