Corporate Lawyer (Temporary)

Corporate Lawyer - Temporary This leading international law firm urgently seeks an experienced corporate lawyer on a temporary basis. The role is to start ASAP and is expected to be for approximately four months. They require a corporate lawyer to support the team on an IPO and are therefore seeking a corporate lawyer with equity capital markets experience, ideally at the mid-level. Due to the current pandemic the role will be fully remote working. Excellent day rate is offered on a PAYE basis only. BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
