Property Litigation Solicitor - Fixed Term Contract We are working with an International law firm who are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join their team an interim basis for 3- 6 months. Sought is an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer with upwards of five years' PQE, ideally with city/west end experience who is available at short notice. The role will involve dealing with the full range of real estate disputes including, clearing off or enforcing rights on freehold land such as easements or restrictive covenants; Development related issues such as rights to light, vacant possession strategies and nuisance claims; Contract disputes concerning land, including pre-conditions, breach and overage disputes; Professional negligence issues arising from real estate transactions; Landlord and tenant, especially business tenancies; 1954 Act renewals; Forfeiture and possession claims; Dilapidations; Rent/Service charge issues; Rent reviews and Insolvency issues impacting on real estate/leases.
