Real Estate Finance Lawyer A leading international law firm seeks to hire an experienced Real Estate finance lawyer on a temporary basis for up to 3 months. Applications are sought from experienced Real Estate lawyers who is available immediately and able to provide cover for up to 3 months. The role will entail a broad range of transactional real estate finance work, acting for both lender and borrower clients often with a cross border component. The team operates at the highest end of the market regularly acting for lenders on sponsors on investment and development finance in the UK and across Europe often using senior/mezzanine structures. Suitable candidates will have upwards of 3 years' PQE gained from a leading City or International firm and be available immediately or at very short notice.
