Tax Lawyer

Tax Lawyer We are working with a leading national firm, who seek an experienced Tax Lawyer to join them on a fixed term contract for 3- 6 months. The Tax team supports UK resident and non-resident individuals, corporates (private, public or third-sector), partnerships and funds with market-leading tax expertise and decisive and relevant tax advice across the UK and beyond. They advise on a wide range of tax matters, including the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, the acquisition, disposal or development of properties; joint ventures; group restructuring and reorganisations; the structuring of corporate finance; payroll and employment taxes; customs and excise duties matters; devising share schemes or employee benefit arrangements; and supporting them in the resolution of tax and tax-related disputes. This role in particular will have a focus on tax aspects related to corporate support work, employment, property development work and share schemes. Applications are sought from Tax lawyers with upwards of 2 years' PQE that are available at short notice. Fully remote working from home can be offered. BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
