You will be working in one of the fastest growing law firms in the UK, with an excellent caseload and strong notable clients. The Role -The team offers practical, specialist advice to insolvency practitioners, businesses, individuals, lenders and other stakeholders in both contentious and non-contentious areas of insolvency law. -The team prides itself on being able to offer clear and concise legal advice, providing tailored guidance that is suited to the unique requirements of their clients. -The team also advises insolvency practitioners, lenders and other relevant organisations on their powers, duties and positions in respect of both formal and informal insolvency and restructuring scenarios. -The team frequently undertakes transactional, contentious, enforcement and advisory work.
