Real Estate & Development Solicitor - UK Top 100 Firm - London We have been instructed by a UK Top 100 Firm who are now seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (ideally 2-4PQE) to join their team in London. The role will involve working with predominantly public sector clients on large scale regeneration and development projects across the country. The Property Department has experienced significant growth in recent years, which is set to continue, with a variety of major tender wins in relation to a range of high-profile clients and projects across the country. The work will involve a lot of large scale regeneration projects and development schemes for local authority public sector clients. The role will also involve some general commercial property work working for private sector clients but an interest in working in the public sector is definitely important (although previous experience in working in/for the public sector is not a necessity). It is an excellent opportunity to play a significant role in helping to grow further, a practice which is already a leader in its field. There will also be the opportunity to work closely with more senior colleagues and in particular to further hone specialist regeneration and development expertise, as well as leading on a variety of such projects. This role will afford you the opportunity to think outside the box in a supportive and encouraging environment. The team are keen to develop people in the team so there are great opportunities for progression. You will have the opportunity to have lots of direct client contact so the role will suit someone who enjoys this element of work.
