Senior Wills & Probate Lawyer - Leading Position - North West BCL Legal have been exclusively instructed on a new Senior Wills & Probate opportunity. This position is for a Senior Wills & Probate Lawyer and the successful candidate can be based in either Manchester, St Helens or Lancaster. My client has recently won a large household name Wills contract and so they are looking for a senior individual to come in and lead on this project. You will be the lead lawyer in the team and your role will involve dealing with the more complex higher value estate wills (setting up LPA's EPA's etc) as well as managing and overseeing a team of paralegals. This firm are forward thinking and innovative and have recently trialled a 4 day work week which is set to be extended. In addition they operate a hybrid working policy meaning you can work some of your week from home.
