To be considered for this position you will have at least 3 years PQE within corporate/commercial matters. Your experience should include business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts to sale, distribution, supplier agreements, website terms and conditions etc. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to step away from the city centre.
