Healthcare Litigation Solicitor, Dublin (5 PQE+) Excellent opportunity for a defendant clinical negligence solicitor to join a leading defendant clinical negligence department. Their team of defendant clinical negligence specialists work across both the public and private sectors. You will be representing a broad spectrum of healthcare clients, including hospitals, doctors, nurses and their indemnifiers on clinical negligence and product liability claims, regulatory matters and inquests. The State Claims Agency and Health Service Executive are amongst its client base. They're seeking a Solicitor who has experience of working in defendant clinical negligence, however, plaintiff/claimant clinical negligence experience will also be considered. Good analytical and drafting skills, with attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills are all essential. The Partners are looking to hear from those with at least 5 years PQE.
