RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER (HOME WORKER) THE FIRM The multi award winning firm is at the forefront of the industry, having won conveyancing firm of the year on numerous occasions over the past few years and awards for their innovative technology. The firm has is experiencing very healthy growth and is looking to expand accordingly. It has a large national network of home workers as well as five offices across the UK, totalling just over 900 employees. The firm focuses on its employees, providing a comprehensive training and development plan, generous remuneration and various progression opportunities. THE OPPORTUNITY You will have the opportunity to work as a residential conveyancer from the comfort of your own home, after an initial period of training. You will be dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction to completion. The bespoke case management system ensures you have the tools needed to work in an efficient manner. There are also excellent progression opportunities, with over 40% of employees earning a promotion last year. THE REQUIREMENTS Those eligible to apply are fee earners, licenced conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors. It is essential that you have experience in independently dealing with a high volume caseload and all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, staircasing etc. You must be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process. THE BENEFITS You will receive a salary of up to £35,000 dependant on experience. You will also receive a performance based bonus of up to £4,000 again dependant on experience. In addition, you will have a generous benefits package to include, but not limited to 25 days holiday, medical cover, dental insurance, income protection insurance etc. There is an award winning in house Learning and Development academy to provide all the training you will need.
