Compliance Manager - Milton Keynes
This firm, based in Milton Keynes, focuses on buying, selling, shared ownership, re-mortgage and new homes. The firm is looking to expand in accordance with healthy growth and influx of work.
It focuses on delivering a simple, quick and friendly service to their customers and is looking for someone to join their close knit team. The firm has a family feel, which is something that it is very proud of.
You will play a central role in managing the firm's risk and compliance matters with responsibility for leading all aspects of the operational policy and practice.
It is preferred that the successful candidate would be able to work full time (9am to 5:30pm). However, flexible working would be considered to a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Whilst it would be desired, the successful candidate will not need to be a licenced conveyancer, providing they had gained the relevant and sufficient experience in a residential conveyancing environment.
You will have to have good problem solving skills and be able to communicate verbally and in written correspondence clearly and succinctly.
The role offers a competitive salary which varies dependant on experience. There is also an attractive remuneration package including:
