Conveyancer - New Homes - Milton Keynes THE FIRM This firm, based in Milton Keynes, focuses on buying, selling, shared ownership, re-mortgage and new homes. The firm is looking to expand in accordance with healthy growth and influx of work. It focuses on delivering a simple, quick and friendly service to their customers and is looking for someone to join their close knit team. The firm has a family feel, which is something that it is very proud of. THE OPPORTUNITY The opportunity for a New Homes Conveyancer has arose and is available immediately in line with growth plans. You will manage your own new homes case load and also be responsible for supervising and delegating work to more junior colleagues. You will deal with cases from start to finish and should be able to work independently. You will also be involved in business development by developing and maintaining relationships. THE REQUIREMENTS Whilst desirable, it is not essential that someone holds the CLC qualification nor is a qualified solicitor. However, a successful candidate must be experienced in new homes purchase/plot experience. You must also be able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision. The role will also require you to mentor less experienced colleagues so effective communication and delegation skills are needed. Supervisory experience is preferred. You will also be involved in business development by developing and maintaining relationships. THE BENEFITS The role offers a competitive salary which varies dependant on experience.
