Conveyancing Assistant - Milton Keynes
This firm, based in Milton Keynes, focuses on buying, selling, shared ownership, re-mortgage and new homes. The firm is looking to expand in accordance with healthy growth and influx of work.
It focuses on delivering a simple, quick and friendly service to their customers and is looking for someone to join their close knit team. The firm has a family feel, which is something that it is very proud of.
The opportunity for a conveyancing assistant has arose and is available immediately in line with growth plans. You will be assisting the conveyancer in your team to progress their files to conclusion. Your work will be supervised but will include drafting of documents and maintaining relationships with clients and the other parties to the conveyancing process.
A successful candidate will need to have at least 2 years experience in residential conveyancing.
You will need to have strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail. You will also need to have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and good problem solving skills.
The role offers a competitive salary which varies dependant on experience. There is also an attractive remuneration package including:
