Residential Conveyancer (Sales Technical Specialist) THE FIRM The multi award winning firm is at the forefront of the industry, having won conveyancing firm of the year on numerous occasions over the past few years and awards for their innovative technology. The firm has is experiencing very healthy growth and is looking to expand accordingly. It has a large national network of home workers as well as five offices across the UK, totalling just over 1000 employees. The firm focuses on its employees, providing a comprehensive training and development plan, generous remuneration and various progression opportunities. THE OPPORTUNITY You will assist the conveyancing teams with any enquiries related to sales and respond within a timely manner to allow them to expedite the conveyancing process. You will also prepare and draft sale contract documentation where required. This role will not have a caseload but will be working within a high volume residential conveyancing department. The opportunity is for candidates who want to consider both full and part time. THE REQUIREMENTS It is essential that you have residential conveyancing or within the housing industry. You will need to provide high quality work within a short timescale and have the ability to work independently. You will need to be a confident decision maker who is able to relay information in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in written communication. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent customer experience previously and be able to work well as part of a team. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. THE BENEFITS You will receive a salary of up to £25,000 dependant on experience. You will also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
