Real Estate Associate - London - 2+PQE The firm/team: - A leading international law firm are keen to appoint a real estate associate to join their team of London experts - The full service real estate practice covers a broad range of sectors, advising clients on a wide variety of high profile domestic and international real estate investment, development and finance transactions The role: - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate transaction documents, including sale & purchase contracts, development agreements, forward funding agreements, agreements for lease and leases - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating security documentation and ancillary property documentation on real estate finance transactions - Dealing with real estate due diligence and liaising with other teams in the firm where required - Active participation in business development activities About you: - Applications are sought from an England and Wales 2PQE+ qualified solicitors - The successful London based real estate associate will have strong private practice experience - It is essential that as a real estate associate in the London team you have previous experience in a client facing role. - You will be able to prioritise your own workload as well as be a strong team player Salary/benefits: The London based real estate associate will be rewarded with: · A competitive salary in the region of £80,000 - £92,000 · Benefits package · A strong well resourced real estate team with excellent clients Apply Now If you are a real estate lawyer keen to make a move to an excellent team in London, please apply with an up to date CV now.
