Corporate Tax Solicitor, Dublin - all levels of PQE Our client is a leading international firm with significant strength in its corporate tax team. Working alongside a number of highly respected tax partners you will gain a broad depth of tax experience including corporate and real estate taxation which can encompass the tax aspects of M&A, reorganisations, restructuring, joint ventures, property investment, property development and employment taxes. The tax team represents an array of big-name US and EU multinationals and financial institutions. The impressive team is at the forefront of corporate tax, financial services transactions, intellectual property structuring, real estate and private equity investments, and tax disputes. Ideally, you will have between 1-5 years experience handling tax matters. However NQ's and more senior applicants are welcomed to apply. Your experience will likely have come from a comparable top tier or strong mid-tier firm or in-house/Big 4. Our client would also be keen to speak to those returning or relocating to Ireland from the UK or further afield and will contribute to relocation expenses. you may even be re-locating looking to maintain quality of work.
