Commercial Technology Senior Associate or Partner, Dublin Commercial Technology Senior Associate. The commercial team of this highly reputable firm are looking to expand their team with a Commercial Technology Senior Associate. They are seeking applications from those commercial solicitors with at least five years PQE and more. This is a senior position and our client will also consider hiring at Partner level. The team has grown rapidly in recent years, and offers excellent business services on a range of commercial matters. The team works for well known national and international clients. The role will involve advising and assisting clients in connection with the legal aspects of non-contentious IT, technology and commercial transactions, including ICT contracting, technology procurement projects and other outsourcing projects; ICT system supply, support and development agreements; software licensing; reseller and managed service agreements; e-commerce and other web based issues, including cloud computing and social media advice; privacy and data sharing transactions and a wide range of general commercial transactions including distribution and agency agreements and transactional corporate support. The successful Commercial Technology Senior Associate will need to demonstrate high levels of commercial acumen and have strong academics. You will be expected to undertake business development and have a keen interest in developing the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior associate to progress to Partner or if you are already a Partner to come in and help develop the practice further, taking advantage of impressive client list and support from the wider firm.
