Corporate M&A Associate Solicitor (1 - 4 PQE) - Dublin Our client is an award-winning firm that has achieved growth year on year. They are now seeking to add an additional junior Corporate M&A Solicitor (1 - 4 PQE) to its internationally recognised corporate team The ideal Corporate M&A Solicitor will be newly qualified up to 4 years corporate experience, will have a sound academic profile and have cut their teeth at a strong boutique, mid-tier or national firm. The Corporate solicitor will be working alongside a high profile corporate partners which will provide both tremendous work experience and fantastic development. The successful corporate solicitor will be involved in a broad range of corporate and M&A work across a range of sectors including, telecoms, finance, technology and healthcare. The corporate team and the firm as a whole have an entrepreneurial flare providing an exciting and rewarding and supportive environment.
