Commercial Technology Associate | Dublin | 1-4 PQE BCL is assisting one of Ireland's top law firms who have a requirement for a Commercial Technology Associate to join their Tier 1 ranked team in Dublin. Due to an influx of work the firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Technology Associate who should have at least 1 years' PQE and should have experience gained within private practice with a reputable firm or in-house. The role would ideally suit someone with a strong track record in commercial contracts work, with specific expertise in data protection, GDPT or IP/IT matters. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and negotiate transactions, draft advice and work without supervision. It is a technology focused commercial role advising on commercial and technology contracts encompassing outsourcing agreements, software licensing and cloud computing. Experience in these areas would therefore put you at a distinct advantage.
