Corporate Associate, Dublin (2 -4 PQE) Our client is an international law firm with a significant and presence and reputation in Dublin. Its Corporate team goes from strength to strength and with its continued eye on growth, they are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join the team in Dublin. The quality of work is unquestionably some of the best in Dublin and encompasses not just M&A but also Takeovers, IPO's JV's and reorganisations. The right lawyer will have between 2-4 years corporate experience gained in a national, regional or international law firm and will have significant deal experience. You will be both technically proficient as well as able to handle the demands of clients in this fast paced but rewarding environment.
