Finance Associate, Dublin Top tier international law firm is looking to recruit a Finance Associate to join its global finance team based in Dublin. This global firm provides its clients with legal and business solutions locally, regionally and internationally using integrated teams of lawyers with experience that spans a broad range of disciplines. Clients range from single-owner startups, local and household name companies, multinationals and financial institutions. The team covers the full spectrum of finance work advising a variety of counterparties on high-profile domestic and cross-border financing and investment transactions, including real estate and development finance, structured finance, capital markets, corporate banking and treasury, acquisition finance, asset finance, projects and fund finance. The team, which is made up of some of Dublin's top finance Partners, would be keen to speak to candidates with experience in any of these areas coming from a Top Tier or well regarded mid-tier firm. The finance practice is one of the largest teams in the world. Due to continued growth, the team in Dublin is looking to appoint a finance associate from one through to five years post qualification although all candidates with a strong background in finance will be considered. You will have an excellent academic record and technical ability and will be looking to join a firm where lawyers are offered the opportunity to challenge themselves and develop their own business.
