Commercial Technology Senior Associate | Dublin | 5 PQE+ BCL is assisting one of Ireland's top law firms who have a requirement for a Commercial Technology Senior Associate to join their Tier 1 ranked team in Dublin. Due to an influx of work the firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Technology Senior Associate to take a lead on transactions acting for some of the world's largest technology organisations. This role offers an opportunity for progression to partner for the right person. The role would ideally suit someone with a strong track record in commercial contracts work, with specific expertise in data protection, GDPT or IP/IT matters acting for similar clients or in-house. It is a technology focused commercial role advising on commercial and technology contracts encompassing outsourcing agreements, software licensing and cloud computing. Experience in these areas would therefore put you at a distinct advantage. The Commercial Technology team of this firm is one of the leaders in this area and it boasts an impressive list of clients which include many household named brands across a variety of sectors including banking, retail, pharma, technology and infrastructure to name a few.
