Intellectual Property Litigation Solicitor, Dublin An experienced IP Litigation Solicitor is sought by the Dublin office of a leading international law firm to work on top quality contentious IP matters. The successful IP litigation candidate will join an internationally recognised Intellectual Property team working with an enviable client base covering a range of sectors including; TMT, automotive, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and retail on the full remit of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property issues. This role would include a mixture of soft and hard IP disputes. The ideal IP litigation solicitor will have at least five years' post qualification experience (or equivalent) gained at a recognised commercial practice or in-house team and foreign qualified lawyers are also of interest. You should be technically excellent, commercially aware, innovative, forward thinking, enthusiastic about IP law and business development. Administrative, training and IT support infrastructures are all in place and are first rate, facilitating an environment in which you can fee earn to maximum efficiently with minimum distraction. Agile working is encouraged to all employees at this firm and flexible working arrangements can certainly be accommodated for this role.
