Corporate Associate, Dublin (2 -4 PQE) Our client is an international law firm with a significant and presence and reputation in Dublin. This firm has a fantastic culture and a very low turnover. Its Corporate team goes from strength to strength and with its continued eye on growth, they are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join the team, working closely with Partners in Dublin and the international offices. The quality of work is unquestionably some of the best in Dublin and encompasses not just M&A but also non-transactional work such as reorganisations. As part of this team you will gain a breadth of experience across the full spectrum of corporate work. In this team you are given opportunity to develop and build strong client relationships that will propel your career forward. The right Corporate Solicitor will ideally have between 2-5 years corporate experience gained in a Top Tier, regional or international law firm and be looking to make a move to a team where you can make a real impact. You will be both technically proficient as well as able to handle the demands of clients in this fast paced but rewarding environment. This is a close knit team without big egos, you will be professional, yet down to earth and be able to work well with those at all levels across the firm.
