Project Finance, Senior Associate, Dublin Top tier international law firm is looking to recruit a Project Finance Senior Associate to join its global finance team based in Dublin. Clients range from leading banks and financial institutions, as well as a range of asset managers, funds, private equity investors and other public and private entities. The team covers the full spectrum of finance work advising a variety of counterparties on high-profile domestic and cross-border financing and investment transactions, including real estate and development finance, structured finance, capital markets, corporate banking and treasury, acquisition finance, asset finance, projects and fund finance. The team, which is made up of some of Ireland's top finance lawyers, would be keen to speak to candidates with experience in any of these areas coming from a Top Tier or well regarded mid-tier firm in Ireland or the UK. Due to continued growth, the team in Dublin is looking to appoint a Senior Associate with 4 years' PQE+ although all candidates with a strong background in finance will be considered as this is a busy and growing team. You will have an excellent academic record and technical ability and will be looking to join a firm where lawyers are offered the opportunity to challenge themselves and develop their own business.
