Corporate - Senior Associate/Junior Partner, Dublin This corporate team has a well-known profile in the Irish market for working with a range of clients from large PLC's to more local SME's. The quality of the work undoubtedly rivals the larger teams, ranging from M&A to private equity matters, and with new client wins and a very healthy pipeline of work the team is confident of the year ahead. The two lead partners in the team have an excellent profile locally, not just for their technical ability, but commercial acumen and down to earth approach. They are performing well, but have identified a requirement to appoint someone additional to the team at a relatively senior level. You will work very closely with the lead partners, giving a direct link immediately to their loyal client base and excellent quality M&A work. However, you will play a key role in terms of strategy and development of the team - working closely to achieve new client wins and on marketing initiatives. Because of the seniority of the role, you may be a driven and determined senior associate looking to join a smaller team with more autonomy and a path to progress, or a junior partner with warm contacts and connections to bring to a well-known brand where you can gain the support to develop them further.
