The client base includes international household names, institutional and private equity organisations and venture capital funds (and their investors). Working as part of an established, high profile aviation team, you will assist on a range of aviation transactions. You will act for airlines, financiers, private equity companies and leasing companies on a transactions that involve bilateral and syndicated loan facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside aviation finance experts. It is a brilliant opportunity for candidates who have completed a rotation or have experience in aviation or asset finance to join a leading aviation finance practice in Dublin.
