Employment Associate (NQ - 2 PQE) - Dublin Global firm with exceptionally strong employment law practice is looking for an Employment Associate (NQ - 2 PQE) to join the team in Dublin. The team works on acquisitions, outsourcings, expansions or reductions in workforce, local or international employee relations, data privacy or data protection, local/cross-border or collective litigation, local/multi-jurisdictional compliance, and risk management. Their clients range from startups to emerging multinationals and some of the biggest and best-known global brands in the world. They work with their clients locally, internationally and across borders. They are looking for a bright, energetic and resourceful Employment Associate (NQ - 2 PQE) to join the team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have an excellent academic profile and will have completed at least one full 6 month rotation in the respondent-based team of a recognised commercial firm, whether that is one of the domestic top tier firms or a well regarded commercial firm. It goes without saying that this firm pays top market rate salaries and offers the very highest quality of work, both on the contentious and non-contentious side. You will also be encouraged to take on early responsibility for your own matters, as well as given the opportunity to develop your skill set in working with the team on complex, big-ticket matters.
