They are recruiting for an ambitious 4+ PQE associate to build a name for themselves in the tech sector. This team will operate similar to the tech clients they are working with, there will be no hierarchy, genuine collaboration and a place where meritocracy can thrive. You will be working with a partner who has is committed to the success of his team and has a true flair for mentorship. The loyalty of the partners that have joined him is a testament to his incredible leadership skills. The work will focus on complex private capital transactions, including private equity buyouts, carve-outs, M&A and venture capital investments and will allow for partnership track, paying cravath scale.
